Homologix provides independent guidance and coordination for vehicle homologation, individual vehicle approval, technical compliance and approval documentation. Services may include document review, communication with technical partners and support with submissions to competent authorities.
3. Independent coordination
Homologix acts as an independent consultancy and coordination service. It does not itself issue official vehicle approvals or manufacturer certificates of conformity. Testing reports, certificates and approvals are issued by the relevant authorised organisations or competent authorities. Mentioning a country, authority or vehicle brand does not imply an official affiliation or endorsement.
4. Approval outcomes
Requirements depend on the vehicle, procedure and intended registration country. An initial assessment does not guarantee approval or registration. The competent authority decides whether the applicable requirements are met. Recognition of approvals may differ between jurisdictions and procedures.
5. Website information and liability
Website information provides general guidance and does not replace a vehicle-specific assessment. We aim to keep it accurate, but requirements and procedures may change. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
